Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all guests staying at Into the Mystic.  Please note that our Rental Agreement includes additional conditions that may not be listed here.

    • A signed Rental Agreement along with a deposit of 50% of the total balance is required to reserve our villa.  We ask for the remaining 50% balance to be paid sixty (60) days prior to your arrival.  If you reserve our villa within sixty days of your arrival, full payment is due along with our signed Rental Agreement.  We accept and prefer payment via check but also accept Paypal and Venmo – preferring their friends and family payment option to avoid fees.
    • We require a refundable Security Deposit in the amount of $300.00 which is to be paid in the form of a check and made out to Seaside Properties, LLC.  The Security Deposit check is not cashed unless there is damage to the villa as determined by our Property Management team.  Uncashed checks will be returned within two weeks of your departure.
    • Into the Mystic is a COMPLETELY NON-SMOKING property.  This includes any areas within the villa, all balconies, pool deck, stairwell and so forth.  Smoking within the villa or on the property will result in a complete forfeiture of your Security Deposit.  If no Security Deposit has been received by Seaside Properties, LLC, the Tenant agrees to pay an additional fee of $250.00.
    • Check in time is 4:00PM and Check out time is 10:00am.
    • All deposits less $250.00 will be returned to Tenant if the Cancellation of your reservation is more than sixty days prior to your contracted arrival.
    • If the cancellation of your reservation is fewer than sixty days prior to your contracted arrival, then all deposits less $250.00 shall be returned provided the premises are re-rented for the reserved time period and for the same rental rate.  The owner will make every effort to re-rent the premises but does not offer any guarantees.
    • No refunds shall be given due to hurricanes/storms, flight delays or cancellations,  or health related issues.  We highly recommend that our guests obtain traveler’s insurance.  We will make no refunds for the failure of basic services such as wifi, TV, certain mechanicals.  We will manage any maintenance issues that arise to the best of our ability, with the understanding that the villa is located on an island with limited services.
